We are looking for a highly experienced administration officer to help the office manager with the coordination of jobs and subcontractors at our head office in Smithfield.

Job Description

  • Strong organisational and coordinating skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Simpro software is highly regarded

    Maintenance | Handy Person x 3

    This is a full-time position that requires the successful applicant to have a minimum of 3 years of experience working autonomously, multi-trade, assessing, quoting, and providing scope of works for maintenance, remedial repairs, and upgrades. You will be reporting directly to the contract administrator and the operations manager.

    Job Description

  • Site inspections
  • Multi-trade hands-on repairs
  • Compiling scopes of works
  • Composing and pricing quotes
  • Meeting weekly targets
  • Liaising with customers, team members & tradespeople
  • A current drivers license (manual)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of construction and maintenance practices
  • An ability to assist with minor project/site management where needed
  • Able to use iPhone for entering & updating information
  • Experience in Simpro is highly regarded
  • Working with Children’s check
  • Police check
  • White card
